As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions. By placing an order or making a purchase at Learnexus, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our standard Terms of Service.
1. Digital Products and Online Courses (14-Day Guarantee)
We stand behind the quality of our educational content. We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on all courses — no questions asked.
If you are not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of your original purchase, contact our support team and we will issue a complete refund.
- Non-Refundable Digital Items: While our standard courses fall under the 14-day guarantee, certain digital products are strictly non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. These include:
- Downloadable software or digital toolkits.
- PDF workbooks and eBooks.
- One-on-one coaching sessions that have already taken place.
2. Physical Products (If Applicable)
If Learnexus sells physical merchandise (such as books or physical workbooks), our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Costs for Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Exempt and Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded).
- Memberships or subscription fees for months that have already been initiated/accessed.

5. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately by our team. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds: Please note that it can take your bank or credit card company up to 5-10 business days to officially post the refund to your account. If you haven’t received a refund after this timeframe:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company.
- Next, contact your bank.
